BY CONTRACTING WORK TO US - NEW JERSEY BASED FIRMS WILL BENEFIT FROM TAX CREDITS

Senate Legislation, No. 487 - Establishes tax credits to New Jersey based businesses that provide employment at an occupational training center/sheltered workshop, under a contract with the workshop.  This law provideds a tax credit to business that provide contract work to CRP's.  The amount of the tax credit is equal to 20% of the wages and salaries paid to workers engaged in completing the contract work, up to $1,000 per person, per tax period.  See how this law can benefit you!
